I am not a neuroscientist, but I do know there is fault with incremental memory, therefore the before-and-after photo suggestion is helpful in noticing results. For best results, dry your teeth well prior to application. Where for 30 minutes and discard. Some people wear them for 1 hour and claim that they have had better results. I personally think this causes greater sensitivity. Also, if you have sensitive teeth we recommend the Gentle Routine version which has a lower lever of hydrogen peroxide.
